Show Them What You Got with This Rick Sanchez Costume Head

If you and your pal are thinking of dressing up as Rick and Morty this Halloween, the guys at GearProps have got one of you covered. You’ll be the life of any party with this handmade Rick Sanchez costume head.

The full head mask offers up a 3-dimensional version of everyone’s favorite alcoholic granddad, complete with a little bit of green vomit dripping from his mouth, and spiky blue hair. It’s sculpted from polyurethane plastic, along with a foam interior for comfort and fit, and then hand-painted to complete the look.

According to the image, it’s a pre-order, plus it has to ship all the way from Russia, so I’m not sure if you can have it in time for this Halloween, but at least you’ll be ready for 2018. Of course, if you had a portal gun, you could just head over to GearProps’ HQ and grab this one right now.

Make Your Own Spider-Man Web Shooters

If you aim to become your city’s friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, you are going to need a few thing – a costume and a web-shooter for instance. Well, here’s one way to make your own web-slinging gear, even if you don’t have a wealthy benefactor like Tony Stark.

On this episode of Odin Makes, host Odin Abbott shows us how to make Spider-Man‘s web shooters based on the design from Captain America: Civil War and Spider-Man: Homecoming. This was a very highly requested DIY prop from his viewers. Things are gonna get sticky. You are going to need some floor mats, foam, contact cement and a few other common items that are easily found.

Try it yourself and go protect your neighborhood from bad guys. Now the question is where you can get some web fluid around here?

The Rock Celebrates Easter Dressed as Pikachu

Any dad will tell you that games with young children can go on and on and on and on and on. They never end at times until the little one passes out from exhaustion or you can distract them with cookies. The Rock spent this past Easter chasing his daughter around the house – dressed in a giant Pikachu costume.

The Rock’s daughter Jasmine clearly loves the “chase me” game. The video he posted on Instagram shows a tired Rock working hard and sweating inside the sweltering costume . The Rock says it was his only day off from his busy schedule, but he spent it playing with the little one. Oh, the life of a dad.

The first time Jasmine's favorite character, Pikachu came to visit her months ago she was only crawling. For Easter Sunday @laurenhashianofficial and I thought, Pikachu should make a special visit once again. Well, Pikachu didn't account for the fact that now Jazzy RUNS and for 2hrs straight she wants to play her new favorite game, "I run away and you chase me Pikachu. And you're not allowed to take a break until I go night night". At the end of the vid you can hear her yell, "Peekyu" because she can't say, Pikachu. I'm tired, today's my only day off, it's 118 degrees in this costume and Hobbs keep trying to p*ss on my leg. And I luv every minute of it. Bring it on. It's what daddy's do. Happy Easter to you guys and enjoy your families. #Rockachu #DaddyPuttinInWork #TheGameThatNeverEnds #PikachuLooksBloated

Daedalus Is a Real-Life Iron Man Flying Suit

It looks like we have a real life Tony Stark on our hands. Inventor Richard Browning and his team at start-up, Gravity Industries, have created the Daedalus. It is basically a special suit that turns its wearer into a flying hero.

Its’ pretty fun to watch in action. Browning is able to control it with miniature jet engines on his limbs. Twin turbines mounted on his back or legs are for balance, and the two on each arm angle forward. He points down to create “a teepee of thrust vectors,” pushing him away from the ground.

He also needed to do some specialized exercises to build up his strength and balance to fly the thing. It may not be as graceful as Iron Man’s armor, but it is a great start.

The suit can travel at speeds up to 279 miles an hour, but it is worth noting that Browning hasn’t tested it anywhere near full capacity. I would love to play around with this suit, although I’d probably get seriously hurt.

Optimus Amazon Prime Costume: Shipments in Disguise

Looking for a dirt cheap last minute Halloween costume? Just use those Amazon boxes that you have lying around and create a Transformer. Caron Arnold, a creative director of Fusion Marketing agency in St. Louis came up with this version of Optimus Prime made from cardboard Amazon Prime boxes.

She used all of the Amazon boxes she had from her orders and had some help from her colleagues for the rest. Arnold says she has no affiliation with Amazon and that it was solely her idea, but she is in marketing so who knows. Either way, it’s a great costume.

Her inspiration came from the Optimus Prime Costume by Instructables user Danny Eurena. Obviously she won the Halloween costume contest in her office.
