One of my favorite parts of Ghostbusters is the final battle with the Stay Puft Marshmallow man. It’s hard to be scared of a giant marshmallow. After all, they are sweet and tasty and begging for some hot chocolate or perhaps some chocolate and graham crackers.

The 30th anniversary of Ghostbusters is almost upon us, so it seems fitting to be talking about this amazing LEGO set featuring the Stay Puft marshmallow man.

I just love this LEGO Cuusoo project created by Brent Waller, the guy behind the already approved Ghostbusters Ecto-1 LEGO kit. The details are just amazing and he even has articulated arms, legs, head, feet and hands.

Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man Meringue Cookies: Who Ya Gonna Eat?

These edible Stay-Puft Marshmallow Men may be smaller than the 112.5 foot-tall Marshmallow Man that rampaged through New York in Ghostbusters, but they will still tread all over your taste buds if you serve them up on Halloween.

You just need some sugar, egg whites, cream of tartar and some colored icing. There is also a meringue recipe as well. These guys look so delicious.

Just remember to actually bake them. Don’t try to think them into existence. We’ve all seen what can happen when you do that.
