Never Run Out Of Battery While Using This Stroller

chargins-stroller-1

You have to take your child somewhere, so you place him in his expensive stroller and start walking, and that’s when the anxiety creeps in. What if, heaven forbid, you were to run out of battery on your smartphone while doing this? What if it becomes impossible for you to post photos of yourself walking your child? Are you still a good parent? If you don’t post it, did it even happen? The struggle is real, folks. But with the 4moms® Moxi™ Stroller, you’ll be able to charge your phone as you’re walking because generators in the back wheels provide electricity to an integrated USB port! There’s a ton of other features too:

– Headlights and taillights
– Cellphone charger
– Tracker of temperature, time, distance traveled, speed and battery level via a LCD screen (you’ll be amazed how all those walks add up!)
– Dashboard bag – for those smaller items like keys, cell phone, wallets, etc.
– Large, removable storage bag – plenty of room for all your kid supplies
– Canopy with pop out shade – no one wants sun in their eyes
– Height adjustable handle bar – parents of all heights can enjoy a leisurely walk
– Front wheel swivel locks for rough terrain
– Flip-flop friendly brake

It’s a feature-laden stroller that will be available in October of this year for the princely sum of $699.

Wonder How Your Baby Feels In That Stroller? You Can Find Out With This Adult-Sized Version

adult-stroller-contours-13

Because you can never be too sure that your baby is comfortable enough, the US baby products company Kolocraft has created an adult-sized version of their Contours Bliss stroller for you to try out. That’s right, it’s an exact replica of the baby stroller, only it’ll fit a fully grown adult and give him or her the riding experience of a lifetime. You can find out what it feels like to be pushed around by someone, and get a sense of just how comfy your little one is in the company’s stroller. It’s not for sale, obviously, but you can book a ride when the company has their next test-drive at Chicago’s Mary Bartelme Park, on June 7th. Sure, there might be a lineup for your turn, but you’re all adults and no one is going to throw a tantrum, right?

This Is The World’s Most Compact Folding Stroller

btduj5g5wcrxabxpyari

If you don’t have kids, strollers and their size is probably something you don’t think about too much. But having to deal with a stroller is not the easiest of tasks (I assume, since, of course, I am childless heathen). They then to be bulky, heavy and hard to get into tight spaces. But the gb Pockit Compact Stroller actually holds the Guiness Book of World Record’s title for most compact stroller.

“When folded, it is the smallest and most compact stroller currently available on the market, 11.8″ x 7″ x 13.8″ to be precise. The cleverly designed, compact fold uses the 2 x 2 D technique. This means that in only two steps, this unique stroller folds up into a compact, feather-light, handbag shaped package (9.5 lbs).”

It’s small enough to fit in a backpack or under an airline seat. It holds babies sized 10lbs to 55lbs, wide enough a range to last at least two weeks (those little things grow so fast!). It’ll cost ya $250, a hefty premium for portability and compactness.

Self-Driving Isn’t Just For Cars: The Smartbe Stroller Brings High Tech Innovations To An Age-Old Product

Smartbe-Self-Propelled-Baby-Stroller-Featured-image-672x372

We have sensors. We have batteries and brushless electric motors. We have Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. We have the tiniest of microprocessors… Wouldn’t it make sense to cram a bunch of these into a baby stroller, and give it the kinds of features we’ve come to expect in all our products in 2016? The Smartbe Stroller is as high-tech of a stroller as we’ve ever seen. It comes with three driving modes, from full manual, to power-assist (where you’re still pushing, but with minimal effort), to completely self-driving. In this last mode, the stroller always stays ahead of the parent, within arm’s reach, whether you’re walking or even jogging. Additional features are almost too numerous to name: built-in rocker, wireless Bluetooth speakers to play your music to your baby, electric bottle warmer, “climate/temperature-controlled bassinet keeps your baby comfortable no matter the weather, and air filters can protect against pollution and allergens.”

If this project ever manages to see light of day (and that’s a big “if”, considering the ambitiousness of the project, and the fact that it’s far from fully-funded on IndieGogo, and that all they have at the moment is a bunch of CG renders…), the Smartbe Intelligent Stroller promises to be Tesla of strollers. Completely connected, fully-automated, and as high-tech as any early enthusiast would want their infant carrier to be. Prices start at $900 for the basic non self-propelled model, and go all the way up to $3,199, with shipping in April 2017 (further re-inforcing the impression that we’re looking at vapourware).

Batman Tumbler Stroller

batman tumbler stroller
One lucky kid named Collin just got the world’s greatest stroller. The boy is already a Batman mini-fan and his father is a huge Batman fan so the Superfan Builds team built a Batman Tumbler stroller for them. They started out with a computer model, then printed it on paper to test for accuracy. The frame was built from steel tubing. A car seat was used for the seat.

A CNC router was used to cut PVC foam sheeting to make the exterior of the Batmobile. They used a high strength glue to put the pieces together. They attached it to the frame, primed and painted it. Then they attached all the detail pieces. And the reveal:

That is going to be one popular kid. And dad. Not sure who is more excited about it really. Amazing. Check out the whole video here to see the process in more detail.

4Moms Origami Stroller Power Folds Itself, Has More Features than your Car

4moms origami 4Moms Origami Stroller Power Folds Itself, Has More Features than your Car
When I was a kid strollers did one thing- held kids so you could push them around. But technology has advanced and now strollers do more things than your car. Like the 4moms Origami Stroller 4Moms Origami Stroller Power Folds Itself, Has More Features than your Car. The list of features is ridiculous. First of all it has a power folding mechanism- twist and press the button and it folds or unfolds itself. But not only does it fold up, it folds up in three dimensions- width, length and height.
4moms origami stroller 4Moms Origami Stroller Power Folds Itself, Has More Features than your Car
It also can charge up your cell phone while you stroll! The power folding feature is powered from a self-charging rear wheel generator which can also charge your phone at the same time. Just plug it into the LCD interface. Yep the stroller has an LCD interface with pedometer. But that’s not all. How about 4 wheel suspension? Yep, it’s got that. Pathway lights to see where you’re going in the dark? Yep. Daytime running lights? Yep. Lots of pockets, adjustable seating positions, lots of color choices, reflective piping, anti-folding child detection sensors, no assembly required, 4 cup holders, one-push brake? Yes times 7. Check out the video to see this thing in action:

Seriously that’s insane for a stroller. It sells for $850, which is comparable to other high end strollers (also note that like expensive cars, expensive strollers have a good resale market too for when your child outgrows them).
