HYT H3 Watch Uses Liquid to Tell Time and Breaks the Bank

When it comes to things like watches and other wearable items, I am rather cheap. For instance, I plan to stick with my Pebble for as long as it works rather than spend hundreds on a new Apple Watch. If I was loaded, I might branch out into expensive mechanical timepieces though. My first purchase would be one of these incredibly cool HYT H3 watches.

HYT uses a hydroelectric movement with a pair of bellows inside that force fluid through a straight tube. From what I can tell that tube highlights the current hour, while a gauge below highlights the minutes. It uses all those gears and springs inside rather than batteries and crystals to operate.

This fancy schmancy watch is limited to only 25 units being made. You need to have majorly deep pockets to own one, it will set you back about $290,000(USD) when it launches in September.
