David Ayer teases Jared Leto as The Joker in Suicide Squad
Joker and Harley Quinn Dance the Night Away
I never saw Harley Quinn in the Batman cartoons that I watched growing up. At least not that I recall. These days, she gets plenty of attention in the Batman universe. I get the impression that she and The Joker have something going on sort of like Batman and Catwoman. I’m not sure if Harley is an outright villain or not.
She is seen here dancing with The Joker, who is definitely a bad guy. If you have seen or read Batman: Harley Quinn #1 you will recognize that the statue is based on the cover of that issue.
The 12-1/2″ tall polystone statue is a limited edition with only 5,200 being made. That is a large number for a limited edition piece, but this statue is awesome. It set you back $249.99(USD) at ThinkGeek.

Batman The Dark Knight Joker Keychains: Some Men Just Want to Watch Keys Turn
Japanese toymaker Kitan Club made some of the creepiest keychains I’ve ever seen. It’s a set of figurines based on Heath Ledger’s Joker in The Dark Knight. The set sees the villain in various poses, referencing different scenes from the movie.
The figures measure between 40 to 60mm (approx. 1.6 to 2.4″) and come with a strap.
Man, that car figure is surreal. You can pre-order the set from NCSX for $31 (USD).

Retro Batmobile Hits LEGO Ideas Website: Vote for It Now!
Fans of the original 1966 Batman TV show with Adam West and Burt Ward will immediately recognize this version of the Batmobile, which recently surfaced on the LEGO Ideas (formerley Cuusoo) crowdsourcing website.
LEGO and Batman fan Sam Gras designed this awesome 1966 Batmobile model after his four year-old daughter pestered him to make her a car that her Batman and Robin minifigs could ride in. The set does a great job capturing the classic Batmobile, and also would include custom Batman, Robin and Joker minifigs as currently envisioned.
While so many LEGO builds have focused on the Tim Burton and Christopher Nolan era Batman properties, it’s good to see that there’s still a place for the tongue-in-cheek comedic Batman of the ’60s. The “some days you just can’t get rid of a bomb” era.
If you’d like to see the retro Batmobile turned into an actual LEGO set, you can show your support over at LEGO Ideas now. You can read more about the design over on The Insightful Panda.

Undoubtedly the star of the collection is the Batman Cape Suit, a swimsuit that comes with a detachable cape. But the other swimsuits are awesome too.
The collection also includes t-shirts…jackets…
a catsuit…
…and of course leggings. There’s a lot more in the collection including clothes with less conspicuous Batman designs. Rise and head to Black Milk Clothing to browse and order.
