A child’s leafy friend

Children are truly pure and innocent at heart. Remember that video that went viral of the girl who was literally moved to tears by the plight of animals? She vowed never to eat meat again. It was touching, and really made you believe in humanity again. Pure Life is a planter that gives that sort of connect between children and plants. Gamifying the concept of having a green thumb, the Pure Life gives the plant an avatar, telling the child when the plant is happy, or sad, or hungry. It also pairs with an app that allows the child to interact with the plant… much like a virtual pet. The planter also has an air purifier at the bottom that rewards the child with fresh air when they take good care of the plant’s needs. Lovely!

Specialized Smart Glasses

Ironically, smart specs (like Google Glasses) turned out to be a pretty dumb idea for mainstream users. The tech wasn’t quite there and the idea of wearing a bulky headset wasn’t all that appealing. While the concept has lost momentum, one group of people are still finding this wearable tech useful: the visually impaired.

Many blind individuals wear sunglasses to avoid others’ distraction. With this in mind, this pair of smart glasses offers additional GPS functionality. Incorporated into the sleek frame is a GPS system that assists in guiding the wearer with audible cues transmitted from a small, built-in speaker. Wearers can operate it with one simple button while keeping their hands free to use a cane or carry items.

Apple iPhone 6 – Unmasking Yet Another Concept

Some of the rumors surrounding the iPhone 6 are: a range of 4.7 inches and 5.5 inches screen, durable sapphire display, slimmer bezel, thinner chassis and 128GB storage capacity. While we still have to wait for the real announcement, lets take a look at yet another Apple iPhone 6 Concept phone that looks groovy.
