Ever notice that the days you’re too busy to grab a coffee in the morning seem to drag on forever?! Now you never have to experience another one thanks to the Internet of Things! WakeFast is a coffee maker concept that syncs with your unique schedule to ensure you can always perk up with a coffee or tea.

The WakeFast app works as both an alarm and a control center for the coffee maker. Because no two days are alike, it will always adjust to ensure your favorite coffee or tea are ready right when you wake up whether it’s at 7:00 on Monday or 9:00 on Friday! Better yet, it’s designed to be placed right by your bedside so you can literally wake up with the aroma of a fresh cup of joe each morning.

The Super Fly Nike Flyknit

Nike Flyknit 2020 is an advanced design project which aims to broaden the Nike Flyknit catalogue with more options, greater output and a unique identity specifically for runners. Continuing the innovative technology of Nike fabric, Flyknit 2020 serves a second “skin” which structures the footwear as a continuation of the wearer’s own physique while also providing a one-of-a-kind aesthetic. The design offers a more natural footstep as well as different levels of foot fastening, from medium, short or long, depending on the user’s preference for comfort and style.

There have been so many concept iCars around, I’m guessing Apple is just as tired as I am. Not many designers focus on the driving experience though. Just the outer body. Designer Matias Papalini imagined the dashboard complete with an interactive wide touchscreen. The steering wheel is completely detachable and can dock into the dashboard to enter ‘driving-mode’. Unplug the wheel and you’re in auto-pilot mode. Not just that, you can watch movies in an almost-cinemascope style experience! The dashboard, however is just half the magic. Your steering wheel has functionality that allows you to manipulate content on your dashboard. Not just that, you can dock your iPhone in your steering wheel for more convenient access. Cool right?!
