Personalized Pet Stuffed Animals: Stuffed Mini Mes For Man’s Best Friends

Personalized Pet Stuffed Animals

Toy makers make customized stuffed toys that look like you or your loved one. They’ve also started making plush toys based on the doodles and drawings of your tiny tots. Now they’re moving on to the next market in line: pets.

Yep, that’s right: for almost two hundred bucks, you can get a stuffed version aka Cuddle Clone of your canine or feline best friend in all their plush glory. All you have to do is send them a picture of your furry pal and cough up the dough. Wait a while, and your Cuddle Clone will be delivered to your doorstep.

Larger pets (like dogs, cats, and horses) will cost $199, while smaller pets (like rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters) will set you back $129.

Life-size Pikachu Can’t Shock You, But It Might Sit on You

One of the most famous of all Pokémon characters is Pikachu. He is a cute little yellow guy that followed Ash around in the cartoon that so many people grew up watching (and still watch today). If you are a Pokémon fan, you know that over the years Pikachu has looked a bit different.

Namely, the first gen of the character was fatter than the current character. A company in Japan is making a Pikachu stuffed animal that is a 1-to-1 scale made directly from the official dimensions. That means the stuffed animal is exactly the same size and weight that the creature would be if Pokémon were real. The stuffed animal is about 16 inches-high and weighs approximately 13.2 pounds.

It also comes with its own tote bag so you can cart your giant Pikachu around. I can only assume it will sell in droves in Japan, where it will launch in November. It will cost 18,360 yen (~$168 USD) from Beams Online Shop in Japan.

DIY Enderman Plushie: Make Him with Your Eyes Closed

Last month we featured a stuffed doll that you’ll always want to look at. Instructables member MasamuneX on the other hand made a doll that you wouldn’t want to keep in your sights. It’s a plushie of Minecraft’s terrifying Enderman. Quick! To the second paragraph!

Are you all still with me? Don’t look back! Your friend is lost. I’m sorry. MasamuneX used black velour, Poly-Fil fiber and different colored ribbons to make this abominable creature. Either that or it just teleported into existence. Speaking of teleporting –

Ack! It’s right above you! Quick, grab some water!

It’s got me on its sights. I don’t have long, go to MasamuneX’s Instructables page and fight Enderman with Enderman. Obviously you’re obligated to make a pair of them.

Doctor Who Weeping Angel Doll: Make Sure Your Other Stuffed Toys Can Always See Her

Craftster forum member Lanikins has created a doll that you might not want to hug, but you wouldn’t want to keep out of sight either. It’s a stuffed doll of the infamous Weeping Angel from Doctor Who. Look at it. Seriously. And never look away.

Lanikins said she toiled for about 40 to 50 hours making the doll, part of it spent on painstakingly needle sculpting the doll’s hair onto its head. Lanikins modified the doll patterns shared by fellow Craftster member Craftewoman, which in turn is based on the patterns made by ghilie, another Craftster member.

So… I guess we’re all stuck in this page now. Does anyone have food? Is there a Doctor in the house? Lanikins also has more pictures of her Weeping Angel doll on her Facebook page, in case you’d rather be stuck there. And for goodness sake Lanikins, don’t make more dolls to sell on your Etsy shop!
