Scrap Metal Predator: Scrap Metal Aliens Don’t Stand a Chance

This awesome scrap metal Predator was made by Etsy artist zMaiusz of Vietnam. It looks pretty badass and even comes with its own shoulder cannon and removable knife.

It is made from all kinds of bits of scrap metal including nuts, bolts, and a spark plug. I see a lot of screws too and some pieces of bike chain. It is all welded together with a lot of detail. This guy measures 11.4″ x 8.7″ x 4″ and weighs about 3 lbs.

There are several other cool scrap metal creations available in his shop besides this Predator. There are dragons and Aliens and other cool creations. This guy is only $63(USD), and he’d look great on your desk. At least until he activates his cloaking device and runs off.

Scrap Metal T-Rex Sculpture: Junkasaurus Rex

Flesh and blood dinosaurs must have been pretty cool, but they are nothing compared to metal dinosaurs. Metal dinosaurs would just tear them up and spit them out. Like this awesome T-Rex sculpture made from scrap metal.

It was built by John Lopez who has been making western and rodeo themed bronze sculptures for a decade. He was inspired to make this one by Sue, the T-Rex specimen that was found in Faith, South Dakota – which also happens to be where this metal dino now resides.

This thing is amazing. It makes me want to see a whole bunch of metal dinos battling it out, tearing parts off of each other and crushing metal bones, while our military battles them. Excellent work, John.

Chinese Inventor Builds Awesome Robot from Scrap Metal

I always admire these guys who can take junk parts and scrap metal and turn them into cool robots. I’ve made some very basic robots out of junk before, but nothing like these guys. The latest inventor to build himself a scrap parts robot is Chinese inventor Tao Xiangli.

Just because it is made from scrap doesn’t mean it was cheap. He spent about $24,000, and it took him more than 11 months to build the robot. He made it from recycled scrap metal and electric wires that he bought from a second-hand market.

This beast weighs about 500 pounds and stands about 6-feet-tall. Thank God Tao didn’t give this thing the kiss of life. It would make short work of us humans and make some art of it’s own. With blood and entrails.

Scrap Metal Scorpion Hammock: Yes, All Of Those Words Belong There

attachment

We’ve seen our fair share of scrap metal animals and sculptures in the past, but hardly sculptures that looked comfortable to rest on. Introducing, the cool and comfortable combined.

Now, this is the coolest seat we’ve ever seen. We don’t know much about who the creators are, being that the ...

Scrap Metal Scorpion Hammock Adds Some Sting to Your Nap

Hammocks are a comfortable way to take a nap. Just ask Homer Simpson. Usually you just attach each end to a tree and then doze off for a while. However, hardcore nappers will want to set their hammock up on something like this badass scrap metal scorpion.

And, no, that stinger isn’t an alarm that comes down and wakes you up with a venomous sting. Although that would be cool.

You know what else would be cool? If this scorpion moved and walked around while you took a nap. Imagine falling asleep in your yard and waking up on the highway as this thing slowly carries you across the country. Yeah, that would be pretty cool. Napping and traveling.

This metal creation is pretty cool as it is though – a bed truly fit for a Bond villain.
