Deadpool Beanie Will Keep Your Dome Warm While Munching on Quesadillas

Deadpool was the greatest Marvel movie I have seen so far. I really liked the flick. Sure, I’m not a “real” fan of Deadpool since I don’t read the comics, but I think Ryan Reynolds did a great job playing the Merc with a Mouth. Deadpool fans who have cold heads might want this to grab this beanie.

It looks like Deadpool’s mask and they totally missed the boat by not making it a ski mask. It has Deadpool’s eyes on it and is made from red jersey knit cotton/spandex blend. It’s no merino wool, but hey it’s got your favorite merc printed on it.

If you have a big cabeza, note that it measures 20-inches around unstretched – not that most of us have any idea how many inches around our heads are. You can get yours for $19.99(USD) at ThinkGeek and keep your dome warm all winter long.

Ewok Beanie Will Keep Your Yub Nub Warm

It’s not even mid-October yet here in Colorado and already it’s been colder than it got back in my old home state of Texas for most of the winter. This means that things like gloves and hats that I never needed before are now required. My daughter has been wanting a hat to keep her ears warm, and I think this Ewok Kids’ Beanie would be perfect. It’s cute with Wicket’s head on the hat.

It has ears and a fuzzy face just like the real, fake creature from Endor. I’d like to know why we haven’t seen Ewoks back on any of the Star Wars flicks since Return of the Jedi. It’s time, I say.

The beanie should be warm with its 100% acrylic construction and fleece lining, but the one downside is that it can’t be machine washed. Get yours for $14.99(USD) at ThinkGeek.

Wampa Beenie Keeps Your Ears Warm

The Wampa was one of the meanest of all the monsters in the original Star Wars trilogy. If you somehow don’t know what a Wampa is, it was the snow beast with horns and fangs that hung Luke from the roof of its snow cave. Luke chopped off its arm in The Empire Strikes Back.

It’s still really hot in some parts of the country, but winter will be here before you know it in other parts. If you are getting ready for back to school and cooler weather, this Wampa Beenie will keep your noggin and ears warm.

It has stuffed horns and a screenprinted face with fangs. You can get your own Wampa Beenie for $19.99 at ThinkGeek now.

Princess Leia Beanie is Your Only Hope (for Warmth)

One of the iconic things that almost all of us remember from the original Star Wars trilogy is the giant hair buns that Princess Leia had over each ear. If you have ever seen SpaceBalls, that giant bun haircut was mocked brilliantly in that film in the form of headphones.

Star Wars fans out there who don’t want to commit to sculpting actual hair buns can get this Princess Leia Beanie. The knitted exterior has a pair of Leia buns to cover your ears, and a Star Wars logo up front. I’m pretty sure Leia didn’t have one of those in the movies.

The hat is a one-size-fits-most sort of thing aimed at ages 14 and up. You can get yours for $19.99 (USD) over at ThinkGeek.

Crocheted Magneto Helmet Won’t Protect You from Telepathic Attacks

I’m not sure what’s going on with the Marvel universe right now; the last time I read a comic book with Magneto in it he was taking orders from Cyclops. Whaaaat? I’ll always remember Magneto as the kind of dude who would – and did – rip out a man’s skeleton right out of his body. And that’s why I need this helmet so badly.
