The Burrito Blanket Looks Like a Giant Tortilla

Do you like burritos? So do I. So it’s no wonder that this burrito-inspired blanket is making my mouth water. It looks just like the delicious, slightly charred dough from a flour tortilla, but human-sized. I’ve been to a place that sells burritos as big as your head, but never ones this big.

While you or your kids can fit inside of these, I don’t recommend trying to take a bite, nor do I suggest slathering the inside of the blanket (or your family members) with beans, rice, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, and grilled meat. Though if you do, at least this thing’s microfiber polyester fabric is machine washable.

Pitfall! Atari Cartridge Throw Blanket Won’t Protect You from Crocodiles or Scorpions

Man, I loved Atari when I was a kid. I got all wrapped up in those games. And guess what? Now I can wrap myself up in Pitfall! for real and feel its cozy embrace. This Pitfall! Atari throw blanket is soft and comfy, but more importantly, looks just like the cartridge from the classic Activision game.

It looks like the game box too. So now you will know what that cartridge felt like while sitting on the store shelf. It felt warm and toasty. No swinging from vines and jumping on crocodile heads and leaping over quicksand for me. I prefer a good nap. Preferably an Atari themed one, where I can dream about all of those old games and star in my own adventure as Pitfall Harry – just like Jack Black. No scorpions inside, so no worries. No treasure either though, which sucks.

This blanket measures 60” tall x 48” wide, and while the game may have lasted only 20 minutes, you can use this blanket for as long as you want. The Big Blanket Keeps Families Warm Together, for a Price

The thing about snuggling on the couch as a family is that regular blanket just aren’t big enough. And when you get yourself covered up, people are always pulling your piece of blanket off. Well, problem solved. I think. This is the Big Blanket.

As its name says, it’s big and it’s a blanket. This $150, oversized blanket measures 10-feet by 10-feet, which is just a little bit bigger than a California King-size blanket or comforter, which measures about 9-feet wide, so you are only gaining an extra foot here. So why not just buy one of those and save yourself more than a hundred bucks? Maybe that’s just me.

Still, if you need a giant blanket to keep the whole family cozy on movie night, it’s not a bad idea. Just don’t act like you’ve reinvented the wheel, Big Blanket guys. Sure, it’s much bigger than an average throw, but you’re basically selling a slightly larger bed blanket. Sorry, but hyperbole makes me want to rant. Now if it were double the size of a California King, you might have something to brag about, but then it really would be impossible to wash.

Giant Crocheted Monopoly Board: Advance to Go, Collect 200 Naps

Monopoly is one of the biggest board games in history – at least in terms of sales. Now it’s one of the biggest board games, literally. Check out this giant crocheted Monopoly board that Twitterer pilotviruet’s mother made for her for Christmas. That is one huge Monopoly board. You could use it as a blanket and people could still play on top of it while you sleep, probably hitting you in the face with the dice every turn.

Another bonus is that if you don’t like the way the game is going, instead of flipping the board, you can just pull it out from under the game pieces like a magician. It’s pretty cool, but I’m disappointed she didn’t crochet all of the game pieces and cards. I mean, you can’t just buy the game accessories for a board that size at the store. Thanks, mom, great board. We’ll just use the TV remote and a coffee mug for playing pieces, and take a marker to these greeting cards to recreate the Community Chest and Chance cards. I’ll go get the fuzzy dice from the car.

There’s nothing better than a game that can also be a blanket. You get to play your game then go take a nap under it. I hope they found some cool game pieces though. This is probably the only Monopoly board you can put in the washer.
