Nintendo Switch Controller Cookies: Nintendo Noms

Looking for a yummy snack to eat while you play your Nintendo Switch? Well, here it is. Los Angeles baker Rosanna Pansino teamed up with Matthew Patrick of The Game Theorists to make some Nintendo Switch controller themed cookies.

They look delicious and are the perfect nom noms to go with your Zelda: Breath of the Wild marathon gaming session. Just don’t grab the cookie by accident and start mashing buttons or things are going to get messy real quick. Also, don’t accidentally take a bite out of your real controller.

If you want to make some at home, check out the video and drop by Rosanna’s blog for the detailed recipe.

Waffle and Syrup Oreos: Part of a Not-So-Nutritious Breakfast

I like Oreos, but not the normal ones. They have to be double stuffed, chocolate filled, or lemon. I generally pass on other flavors. Now Nabisco has a new flavor that might be the strangest cookie concoction ever – Waffles & Syrup Oreos.

Sweets made to taste like other sweets are weird to me. While they’re supposed to taste like waffles and maple syrup, the filling looks kind of like a sunny-side up egg. At least it doesn’t taste like that particular breakfast food.

The cookies are a limited release and word is you can find them at your local Albertsons owned stores, including Acme, Jewel-Osco, Safeway, Tom Thumb, and a few others.

Cookie Mixtape: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. Chew

The Guardians of the Galaxy mixtapes are both pretty awesome, but you know what they lack? Edibility. Rosanna Pansino has now cured this issue. Here is the Guardians of the Galaxy Mixtape Vol. 2, in cookie form.

To celebrate the new movie hitting theaters next month, Rosanna Pansino of Nerdy Nummies shows us how to make cookie versions of Star-Lord‘s “Awesome Mix” cassette tapes. They are even more awesome when you can eat them. These look like a lot of fun to create, but not as much fun as it to have someone else make them while you eat them.

I am Groot! Yeah? Well, I am starving! Move aside tree-man and let me at those cookies while I play the soundtrack.

Zelda Rupee Sugar Cookies Will Buy you ‘Beetus

You don’t get far in The Legend of Zelda franchise without collecting some rupees to buy things in the game or play mini games. In real life if you want to collect rupees, the closest you will get is these edible rupees. As a bonus, they’ll taste a lot better than any digital version.

Those colors aren’t just for looks either. The green cookies are matcha flavored, the blue are blueberry, and the red ones are raspberry. The cookie recipe comes from the adorable and charming Rosanna Pansino. Combine video games, a cute girl, and cookies and I’ll totally watch that video.

You do apparently need to order this special cookie cutter to make the recipe, but it’s only 6 bucks. Anytime I’ve ever tried to use a cookie cutter, the cookies come out as blobs looking nothing like I intended.

FTC tells Verizon ‘supercookie’ partner to give you an exit

Verizon (aka our corporate overlords) may have settled with the FCC over its seemingly inescapable "supercookie" web tracking back in March, but that doesn't tell the whole story. The carrier was sending that information to a third party, Turn, whic...

Game of Thrones House Sigil Cookie Cutters: Game of Cookies

Game of Thrones is one of those shows best watched with others so you can talk about what’s going on as it happens. What you need to go along with your Game of Thrones viewing party is some eats. I talked about that rolling pin that stamped the names of the great houses on whatever you rolled out not too long ago. If you prefer to cut out your cookies, you might like these cookie cutters better.
