Super Geeky Hand Made Hoodies

This is a line of Super Geeky Hand Made Hoodies by Etsy seller RaritysBoutique. The shop offers jackets inspired by Pokemon Evolution, My Little Pony, Elemental, even Assassins Creed. Each is made to order out of anti-pill fleece. Comfy! I mean not as comfy as my footie pajamas, but what is? I’ll give you a hint: NOTHING. No, for real — the only thing more comfy than my footie pajamas is just being bare-ass nekkid nude in the buff. I like to let my booty breathe, know what I mean? I know you know what I mean!

A Spot Of Geek Culture Inspired Teas

This is a series of tea inspired by characters in geeky books/movies/TV shows/etc. It’s the brainchild of Artist Cara McGee, who’s got something for everyone, with varieties from Doctor Who, The Hobbit, the Avengers and many more. Each variety sounds pretty pleasant. That is, if you like tea. And personally, I’ve always felt Tea is just a liiiiittle too fancy for my tastes. Tea is what my grandma serves when she invites her old lady friends over. Tea, and crumpets or macarons or whatever. I mean, that’s what I heard, anyway. Usually she hands me a twenty and tells me to scram, because she doesn’t want me to embarrass her in front of them. You use the wrong fork one time and they never let it go! And by “use the wrong fork” I mean “spike the tea pot.”

X Times Y Equals I Need My Damn Coffee

The last thing I want to think about before I inhale my morning coffee is math. Actually, the last thing I ever want to think about is any kind of math beyond a 50% discount or two hours until my weekend officially begins. Then again, I’m a lowly Internet writer, and those who do like their mornings with a side of math are probably really successful and able to pay all of their bills on time. If you or someone you know likes a little algebra with their warm beverages, the Math Mug Gift Boxed Pair is a great way to let them know just how boring smart they truly are.

A Set Of Geeky Scented Candles

ThinkGeek is selling sets of Geeky Scented Candles. The smells included are Middle Earth (a grassy, earthy fragrance), Retro Arcade (candy, pizza, quarters), Space (ozone), and Teen Spirit (deodorant). So, NOT like stale B.O., Cheeto dusted fingertips, or Parent’s Basement? Yeah, you’ve got a point there — those probably wouldn’t really be big sellers. Still, you get the set of all 4 candles for just $20. That’s like a night of babysitting my neighbors annoying kids! Now I know what you’re thinking: who in their right mind would put me in charge of their own children? Well that’s the thing. Their mom is not in her right mind. I have no business being in charge of anything!

Express Geek Love With DIY Pop-Up Pixel Valentines

Let everyone else crowd in the Hallmark aisle come mid-February. You are the DIY type. You’re also crafty little nerd who loves pixel designs. Am I at least getting warmer? This template for a Popup Pixel Valentine’s Card will set you on your way to a night of romance. All you need is some fancy paper, a needle, a ruler and some pretty sick scoring skills. I don’t know what any of that means, but my idea of a homemade Valentine involves computer paper and a red sharpie.

Classy Cameos For Geeks

Etsy seller Geek Cameos Etc makes Victorian inspired cameos that feature characters from movies and TV shows… you know, instead of the standard pretty ladies that are normally on cameos. (The Voldemort one is basically the opposite of pretty ladies.) The shop offers cameo necklaces and brooch pins based on Doctor Who, Sherlock, Star Trek, and Harry Potter. Each one is handmade by artist Lisa Qui out of resin that’s been poured into a polymer clay mold. Unfortunately right now the shop is on break, but they’ll be back with new designs at the beginning of 2013. What geeky characters do you want to see next in the collection?

Custom Hobbit Hideaway For Wealthy Tolkien Fan

What better place to watch every LOTR film than in a beautiful Hobbit-hole house? This version was designed by architect Peter Archer for a very wealthy Tolkien fan residing in the Pennsylvania countryside. It’s not a place to live, but rather a very elaborate backyard repository for the owner’s vast collection of Tolkien memorabilia. The 600-square foot building is a short walk from the hobbit-lover’s main house, on a flat stone path and through an English-style garden. With hand-crafted decor inspired by Tolkien’s own drawings, it’s an absolute dream for trilogy lovers everywhere.

OMG! LOTR Hobbit Dollhouse

If Hobbits were the size of Borrowers this is the house they would live in. Also my head would explode from all the cuteness… I mean tiny pocket-sized hairy-footed Hobbits? SO ADORBS! Anyway, this miniature Hobbit dollhouse was created by artist and LOTR superfan Maddie Chambers. The dollhouse started as a college assignment and quickly grew into an ongoing project. Chambers was already no stranger to working with miniatures thanks to her experience playing Warhammer when she decided to create the exterior of Bilbo Baggins’ home. Before she knew it she was drawing plans for a replica of Bag End from the movie and creating furniture, food and other items to fit inside.

What Every Girl Wants: My Little Star Wars Pony

Move over Bronies, there’s a new crew of unexpected My Little Pony fans in town…and they travel deep. I’m talking ’bout Star Wars nerds! Etsy seller Roogna creates custom ponies that fit a range of nerdy interests, and of course, Star Wars is among them. She modifies out of the box My Little Pony figures with Apoxie Sculpt, hair changes, and paint. She builds onto the frame to make the ponies into things like Stormtroopers and AT-ATs and then hand paints and seals them. Rainbow Dash, meet Yoda.

Star Wars High Heels Can Be Appreciated by Geeks and Their Gals

No matter what you think of the newer films in the Star Wars trilogy, Star Wars is undeniably one of the biggest science fiction franchises in history and is loved by people young and old. It seems...
