Here’s how ‘Star Wars Battlefront’ does Jabba the Hutt’s palace

Part of the allure of Star Wars Battlefront is seeing how it translates classic scenes from the movies to the video game world. How will it handle Jabba the Hutt's palace, for example? As of this week, you now have a good answer to that last question...

New Catfish Species Named after Greedo from Star Wars: “Going Somewhere, Salmon?”

This world is amazing when you consider that we have not even discovered all of the lifeforms on it, and probably never will. This is Peckoltia greedoi. It is a newly described species of suckermouth catfish recently discovered in Brazil. Does it look like anyone you know?

The fish’s discoverers Jonathan W. Armbruster, David C. Werneke, and Milton Tan of the University of Auburn think that it looks like Greedo from Star Wars, so they named it after the bounty hunter. I don’t care what they name it, Han shot first.

These discoverers should have done the same. You see Greedo, you shoot him. Otherwise he is going to shoot you.

Han Shot First Bookends

It’s a fact that Han Solo shot first- undisputed and unquestionable. It’s also a fact that books aren’t going to stand up by themselves without something to hold them up. Combine the two and you’ve got the Han Shot First Bookends. Best info I can find on these bookends is that they are called the Star Wars: Mos Eisley Cantina Bookends Han Shot First Bookends, were produced in very limited quantities, sold out, and all three of the world’s Greedo fans desperately want to get their hands on this. Star Wars Angry Birds Koosh Han Solo Blaster

Instead of arguing about whether or not Han shot first (he did), you can shoot Han first with the Star Wars Angry Birds Koosh Han Solo Launcher. Use this cool kid-powered gun (which looks like Han Solo’s blaster, somewhat) to fire a Han Solo yellow Angry Bird Koosh ball towards the Greedo target- or your little brother’s Jenga setup you meanie. Really takes me back to my days at the Mos Eisley Cantina, fun times, strong drinks, good music.
