Superhero Sleep Masks: Heroes Never Sleep
By day you are a mild-mannered everyman, but at night you can become a superhero while lying in bed. Forget about fighting crime. Your superpower is catching some Zzzzs.
Each of these Heroes Never Sleep masks features a high quality cartoon-like design that makes it look like the superhero is half asleep. You can choose from The Hulk, Spider-Man and Batman for $15 or $17(USD) each or get all three for $47. You might as well sleep in geek style.
These masks are a fun gift and they would definitely make your spouse or roommate laugh. Superheroes look funny trying to stay awake so they don’t miss any villains. The Batman one is the best.

Make Your Own Captain America Shield Fan
Let’s say you are dressed up like Captain America, however you lack the Cap’s cool shield. What can you do? Don’t fret. First, do you have a fan? Good. You’ll need one. This project could not be simpler.
This crafting project makes good use of what a fan looks like when it’s spinning. All you have to do is apply paint in the right spots and you have yourself a Captain America shield. Make sure that you consult Nick Fury first. Why? Because your fan needs a shield. For safety.
Now that you have your Captain America shield spinning. Step behind it as if you are holding it and take an awesome pic. You look cool and will stay cool.

Comic Book Chess Pieces Look MARVELous
If you are a chess player, you may like to play with a set that is more than traditional looking, especially if you are a comic book geek. Entertainment Earth has enough chess pieces to build an entire set using characters from various Marvel and DC comics.
I’m not a big comic book reader, but from what I can tell, it appears that most of the lesser characters are pawns with the better recognized characters being higher ranked pieces. Lex Luthor is a King for instance. I’m not sure how I feel about that, he isn’t exactly a super super-villain. On the other hand Batman and Joker as Kings and Catwoman as Queen makes more sense.
Each of the pieces sells for $15.99(USD) and comes with a special comic book. There are way too many characters to list in all, check them out on the product page here.
