The Emmy-winning studios behind American Horror Story’s freaks

The body in the brown box looks cold at first glance. The blue-green web of veins in her pale white legs can be traced down to her feet. Her flaming red hair looks like it hasn't been brushed for weeks and her torso is split wide open. Justin Ralei...

The Bat vs. Crocodile War is Epic

Forget about Jedi vs. Sith, Forget about Avengers vs. Ultron. You have not seen a battle until you take a good look at nature. There is a war going on around us that no one knows about. It is bloody. It is epic. It is… Bats vs. Crocodiles.

YouTuber Blackhawk edited this BBC nature video of bats battling crocodiles and added some digital special effects. Prepare yourself for the most epic battle in our swamps ever.

Explosions, laser beams, carnage. Witness the true brutality of nature. Then thank whatever God you worship that Bats can NOT shoot laser beams and that this war is not going on around us… because bats would kick our butts.

When you have a dad that is a Dreamworks animator, chances are you will be starring in some cool videos. Like this one. Dreamworks animator Daniel Hashimoto has created a new special effects video for his hilarious Action Movie Kid series.

This video shows Daniel’s son destroying a truck with his Mario Kart 64-themed shopping cart. Behind the wheel of the truck is our old friend Bowser, who is not looking very happy about the incident.

Serves that ugly guy right for driving so fast and aimlessly in a grocery store parking lot. My boy did the right thing.

That said, please do not launch large turtle shells at trucks driven by cartoons in the real world.

True that. I saw the whole thing. Besides, that ugly guy barely fits behind the wheel. He’s got no business in an enclosed vehicle of any kind.

Best Wife Ever Gets Husband Millennium Falcon for Anniversary

You know who the best wife in the world is? One that would get you the Millenium Falcon as an anniversary gift. It does not get any better than that. Although a Landspeeder or an X-Wing would be cool too.

In this short spec ad created by Bruce Branit, a wife gives her husband the Millennium Falcon for their anniversary. Keep your eyes open for all of the Star Wars Easter eggs in it too. There are a bunch of them.

This is a fun commercial and it reminds me that my wife never got me so much as a protocol droid.  If this happens to you, NEVER let that woman go. Well, unless you have to make the Kessel Run and she gets space-sick en route.

This Game of Thrones Castle Isn’t Real, but It Should Be

The Game of Thrones opening credits are just begging to have someone build a real-world replica. Just imagine a wooden version of the keep at Winterfell as a model with moving pieces that you could buy. How awesome would that be? You could buy the buildings separately and put them all together.

Well, Max and Tijn Berends have made a wooden expandable castle shown in this video. Okay, not really. It’s not real. They made it look real by using Blender 3D to create a digital castle. It’s a neat trick.

Don’t get your hopes up that they will re-create the whole intro. This building took about three months to create by itself.

If you’d like to play with the model, animations and textures for yourself, you can grab the Blender 3D files here.
