The bed is based on the classic 1966 Batmobile, with a glossy black finish and sleek silver details. Your kid will want to sleep in full Batman costume in this thing.

Now I only need to find out if it comes in an adult size so I can prepare my own Bat Cave for its arrival. Alfred, clean my room. I have a car coming. I mean a bed. A bed/car. Start digging. We need to expand!

Gumball team creates Lamborghini-powered Batmobile

Look, whatever you think of the Gumball 3000 Rally, it does attract some spectacular machinery. High-end supercars and modded monsters are the norm, but occasionally, something really special pops up. Like the Batmobile.

Batmobile PC Case: Carputer

Look at this beautiful Batmobile model. You may not believe it, but there is no room for Batman to sit in the driver’s seat, because there is a PC hiding inside of it. As a model of the new Batmobile it looks great, but it is so much more than it appears.

It’s liquid-cooled, packing 16GB of RAM with a GTX 960 Gaming 4G graphics card. The system was built entirely from scratch by Thechoosen and some friends as an entry for a Batman casemod challenge on the MSI Forums. These guys clearly know what they are doing.

The headlights even work. I can picture Batman using this computer to solve crimes in the Batcave while making vroom vroom noises and annoying Alfred.

Batmobile Suitcase: Many Bats Look Alike

One trick when it comes to travel is to choose a unique suitcase so it stands out on the airport baggage carousel. Well, I can’t think of anything that stands out more than this Batmobile suitcase. So it’s too bad this suitcase is only designed for kids. That’s a real disappointment. Stupid kids get all of the cool stuff.

batmobile_1zoom in

Seriously, this suitcase is awesome. It’s based on the new Batmobile from the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice movie, and is highly detailed. Check out those machine guns on the front. The wheels all roll so it to be dragged upright like a traditional two-wheeled suitcase using an extending handle, or pulled around like the car it is.

The Batsuitcase will cost you $100(USD) and it doesn’t hold much, but who cares? This is the best suitcase ever. It will be available at the end of May. For kids. But what about me?

LEGO Batman: Arkham Knight Batmobile Concept: Play Mode

Instead of Robin, the Batmobile is the Dark Knight’s sidekick in the Arkham series finale. The degree to which it fits in the series’ gameplay is debatable, but what we can’t deny is that it looks cool. LEGO Ideas member Hasan Kabalak aka hasskabal wants to immortalize the Tumbler’s trigger happy cousin with his badass LEGO concept.

Hasskabal says it took him 3 months to design the model, another month to collect the parts he needed and then a total of two weeks to put it together. The 20″ concept model is made of 4,640 LEGO pieces and includes many of the car’s tools and details, from the winch to the rear containment units. And yes, it can go into Battle mode.

Batman: Arkham Knight Batmobile Go-Kart: Another Wonderful Toy

The Batmobile is one of those vehicles that we geeks dream of driving. Sadly, most of us will never know the joy of being pulled over in Batman’s ride and having to explain things to the cops. So maybe we should calibrate our dreams a bit lower – perhaps towards an Arkham Knight Batmobile go-kart like this one.

Its proud owner, Francis, won a Super-Gamer Builds contest in which several talented artists and builders spent seven weeks turning a two-seater go-kart into this one-man crime-fighting vehicle. This thing is so awesome. I would love to take it out for a spin or five.

You can check out the painstaking build process in the video:

They really made this go-kart look great too. I love all of the detail. It looks like an authentic Batman vehicle. Francis is one lucky guy!

World’s Largest LEGO Batmobile: Holy Butt Studs Batman!

LEGO pop artist Nathan Sawaya recently unveiled one of his latest creations: an 18ft. long Batmobile made of 500,000 LEGO pieces. It will be the centerpiece in his joint global exhibition with Warner Bros. and DC Comics called The Art of the Brick: DC Comics.

Nathan based the Batmobile partly on a crowdsourced design that Jim Lee and the audience at one of DC Comics’ panels at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con (shown below), where The Art of the Brick: DC Comics was also announced.

Speaking with Nerdist, Nathan said that because of time constraints he practically worked on the Batmobile for 12 hours a day everyday for 2 months. Thankfully his relatively rushed job came out amazing, and Nerdist says it’s filled with lots of details that have to be seen in person to be fully appreciated, such as the bat symbol holes on the wheels.

The Art of the Brick: DC Comics will kick off 11/21/15 at the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney, Australia. Check out DC Comics’ website for a sneak peek at Nathan’s other exhibition pieces.

LEGO Soapbox Racer Batmobile

One thing that you can say about the UK’s Red Bull Soapbox Race is that it always inspires a lot of creative hand-made racing machines. This LEGO Batmobile outdoes the rest. This is the racer of the awesomely named Team You Gotham Be Kidding Me.

lego_batmobile_1zoom in

They created this thing with cardboard, so it was good that they had the help of team lead Kristian Howson, who is a professional package designer. That helped because the team had access to all the cardboard and materials they needed to create this cool ride.

The event gets started this weekend in the UK, but I say they just call it off and call this one the winner. Seriously, who is going to top a LEGO Batmobile?

LEGO to Showcase New Batmobile at SD Comic-Con

New Lego Batmobile

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice won’t be out until March 23, 2016, but playing with the new LEGO Batmobile could make time run faster, for some.

Batman standing right next to his newly redesigned Batmobile was one of the first images with Ben Affleck as the Caped Crusader. In that context, it makes perfect sense for LEGO to promote the new Batmobile in a similar way.

The new Batmobile “includes 306 pieces, two stud shooters and opening doors, a new Batman outfit deco, two additional unnamed characters and an additional vehicle,” reports The Wall Street Journal.

You’re free to think of the new Batmobile as the LEGO equivalent of a movie’s trailer. You’ll get to see it at Comic-Con, in San Diego, but you won’t get to fully enjoy it until January 1, 2016, when Batman’s badass vehicle will hit the shelves, bearing a price tag of $29.99.

It’ll be interesting to see who the two unnamed characters are, but I’d go out on a limb and say that one’s Henry Cavill’s Man of Steel, and the other one is Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor. There are several other options, considering that these two are not the only superheroes to star in Dawn of Justice, and Luthor definitely won’t be the only villain.

If you ask me, I think that the new Batmobile is only the beginning. LEGO wouldn’t (and shouldn’t) miss such an opportunity to refresh its product line, so there are great chances that we’ll also get to see something from Superman’s environment, and maybe even something related to the villains. Or was Superman the villain? We’ll just have to wait until July 9, when the Danish company will unveil Dark Knight’s new ride at San Diego Comic-Con International.

I’m going to be frank with you and say that The Dark Knight Rises was a joke of a movie, not only because of the story and Bane’s ridiculous voice, but also because of how the scenes were edited, and how Inception-esque the soundtrack sounded. That being said, I have high hopes for Zack Snyder’s new movie. Snyder has already directed several adaptations of comics for the big screen, and even though he wasn’t involved in writing the script (as was the case with the Nolan brothers), some people seem to trust the faith of the Justice League and Suicide Squad into his hands.
