Wow. It’s not everyday you see a nice boxed set of Nintendo jewelry. This Legend of Zelda necklace set is basically 14 necklaces in one box. The box holds the chain and clasp along with 15 different shields and weapons. I guess they are counting the sword and sheath as one. You could wear a different Legend of Zelda necklace everyday for two weeks.

Just pick whatever you are in the mood for and wear it. This would be an awesome Valentine’s Day gift for any geek to receive. Can you believe it is only $20(USD) from Amazon? That’s not many rupees at all.

Lend Me Your Ears: Limited Edition Daryl Dixon Zombie Ear Necklace

Next to Rick, the best character on The Walking Dead is Daryl Dixon. If you have been watching the show since it began, you might recall that early in his zombie killing career he made a necklace out of the ears of the zombies he did in. It was gross and would have to be really stinky.

Thanks to Gentle Giant, you can own your own prop replica of Daryl’s zombie ear necklace. Only 1,676 of these will be made. Each of them is displayed in a wood and glass shadow box and looks really cool. The necklace was digitally sculpted from the original prop worn in the show.

Each of them is hand numbered on the bottom of the box and has a certificate of authenticity. You can get your own set of zombie ears for $99.99(USD) at ThinkGeek. Perhaps the coolest part is that you can actually take the ear necklace out of the box and wear it and put it back without messing things up.

DIY Oversized LED Matrix Necklace: iBling

Here’s a fun project from Al Linke, the creator of the PIXEL. He used the board that he made for his pixel art LED frame to turn an LED matrix into a comically huge and interactive jewelry, which he affectionately calls the iBling.

Al flashed a low power firmware on the PIXEL board then wired it to a 16×32 LED matrix. He used a 2,000 mAh battery as a power source, which should last up to 7 hours per use. Then he pimped out the iBling with gold spray paint, a fake gold chain and some Swarovski crystals. Like the PIXEL, Al can use his Android phone to display text or images on the iBling.

I love The Walking Dead, and one of my favorite characters is Daryl Dixon. He started off shaky for me in the first few seasons and I didn’t like him. I think he really started to be a good guy when he stopped Beth from drinking the peach schnapps. I think the only thing worse than peach schnapps is possibly cinnamon schnapps.

Celebrate 75 years of Batman with this awesome limited edition sterling silver batarang necklace from Guild Jewellery Design.

Look closely, and you’ll see the Dark Knight himself is carved into the face of the pendant, which is made with contrasting sandblasted and high polish finishes. Basically it looks damn good and is probably the coolest Bat-necklace I’ve ever seen. Even the packaging looks cool, with foil labels.
