Rick and Morty and The Adventure Time Gang Are Practically Neighbors

If you’re a fan of Rick and Morty, check out this house in Brighton, England painted with a reasonable approximation of the multidimensional adventurers. I bet the neighbors hate the people who live there.

…at least most of the neighbors. Right up the street is an Adventure Time house with a similar paint job. The houses are said to be in a neighborhood favored by college students.

It’s cool and I rather like the artwork. I bet lots of weed was involved in the painting process. I used to watch Adventure Time with my son before he was too cool to talk to his dad.

This Custom Nintendo 64 Will Give You Wood

When is wood not really wood? When it’s the case of this sexy customized Nintendo 64. The shiny console looks like it’s made out of polished mahogany or some other dark hardwood, though it’s actually only been painted.

The dude who cooked this up is one Marshall Clark. He used some fancy painting and airbrushing techniques to make it look just like wood. He even painted the bottom of the console. I’d have just done the top and told people they would scratch it if they pick it up thus hiding the bottom forever.

If you are wondering why someone would customize an old and obsolete console, two words: Mario Kart. I wonder how he kept paint from clogging the cooling grates on the bottom. I’m guessing he sprayed that section, then delicately brushed the woodgrain over top.

Great job, Marshall!

One Brush to Rule Them All

only_01

The ONLY paintbrush is so named because it aims to be the one and last paintbrush you need! Anyone who’s done a DIY paint project can attest to the fact that normal brushes are often ruined after one use. When they dry up, the bristles are mangled and ruined, forcing the user to wastefully throw out the brush and purchase a new one for round 2. ONLY features a silicone base that can be stretched after user, allowing the area between bristles where paint builds up to be deep cleaned. It also includes a handy cap that can cover and protect the brush until the next time it’s needed.
