This Fallout 4 Hancock Cosplay is Downright Rotten

We have seen some awesome Fallout 4 cosplay in the past with that dude that dressed up like Nick Valentine with such accuracy that it looked like a rendering from the game. Another Fallout 4 cosplayer has hit the nail right on the head with this Hancock cosplay.

In the game, Hancock is a dude, but this is actually woman named Emma Campbell from PCND/fx studio. Her cosplay is so right on from the game that it’s perfect.

She has the rotting ghoul face and the revolutionary outfit complete with dirty American flag around the waist. She wore this costume to the A-kon 27 in Dallas, Texas, and Cruz Control Photography grabbed this awesome pic.

Make Your Own Fallout 4 Pip-Boy

On the most recent episode of the AWE Me show DIY Prop Shop, they show you how to build your own version of the Pip-Boy from Fallout 4. Vault-Tec or Rob Co could not have done a better job. At least not on this budget.

pip_boy_diy_1zoom in

Usually to get a sweet Pip-Boy like this you have to find it on a corpse in the wasteland, but it turns out, it isn’t that difficult to make your own. You’ll just need some poster tube, some foamcore, a paint stir stick, some miscellaneous hardware, paint, hot glue, and of course the Fallout Pip-Boy app for your smartphone. The total build cost was only $21(USD).

It doesn’t appear to be the most durable Pip-Boy you can make, but it gets the job done and looks awesome. So it is perfect for cosplay and just having fun with. I love all of the weathering and wear details.

Preston Garvey Asks for Help in Prank Call

If you have played Fallout 4 and made it too far without fragging Preston Garvey, you know the frustration. No matter how many settlements you help he always wants more. Stop beating on that damn fan with a hammer Preston and go do some work yourself. Seriously, sometimes I just want to fill Garvey with lead.

YouTuber ICEnJAM created a Preston Garvey soundboard and used it to prank call Social Services. It’s certainly a dick move, considering that these folks are there to help people that have actual real world problems. Despite that, it is rather funny, especially when Garvey tries to put the moves on the people.

Check out the video to either laugh or be enraged.

Fallout Funko Dorbz Figures Have +2 Charisma

I’ve spent a lot of time playing Fallout 4, enough to know super mutants are giant green wussies that die easily. The only ones I really hate are the Suiciders that run up and try to blow you up with a mini nuke. Funko has a line of collectible figures called the Funko Dorbz line, and is now offering a line up of Fallout 4 inspired figures.

The collectible figures include power armor, male lone wanderer, female lone wanderer, super mutant, and a vault boy. Too bad the power armor figure isn’t wearing the X-01 armor.

The little characters are 3-inches tall, and you can order them for $7.99 each at ThinkGeek.

Make your own creature feature in Fallout 4’s ‘Wasteland Workshop’

Fallout 4's second DLC pack, "Wasteland Workshop", is scheduled for release next Tuesday, April 12th. Today, however, Bethesda dropped this wicked cool preview of what's in store for players. Wasteland Workshop will enable you to further upgrade your...

Sculptor Creates Amazing Deathclaw from Fallout 4

Very few things in video games scare me for even half a second, but the sight of a Deathclaw in Fallout 4 usually sends shivers down my spine. These things will really ruin an otherwise pleasant walk through the wasteland. This clay model of a Deathclaw really captures how terrifying they are.

You can watch as this scary monster comes to life. It is fascinating to see Sculpture_Geek transform this lump of clay into one of the most ferocious video game monsters ever. It is so realistic that you’ll want to run! The details are just stunning. Those eyes!

I don’t think I will ever stop being scared by the sight of these creatures.

Sexy Codsworth Is Too Sexy for Fallout 4

Of all the companions you can have in Fallout 4, Codsworth is probably the lamest. I’ve adventured with him once. He flew right in front of me during a firefight, and I blasted his metal ass to bits. His talking annoys me, and he’s really lame if I forgot to mention that. The new Fallout 4 DLC called Automatron has spawned something strange that’s been nicknamed “Sexy Codsworth.”

This is the top half of Codsworth attached to the legs from an Assaultron. The end result is pretty hilarious looking. If you haven’t noticed, the Assaultron has round hips and a bit of booty out back.

I’m just glad that after modding my power armor and my weapons perfectly, there’s something new to look forward to in the game. The Automatron DLC is available to purchase now.

Fallout 4 Sugar Bombs Cereal Bowl Begs for Crunch Berries

In Fallout 4 it seems like I find boxes of Sugar Bombs cereal everywhere I go. It’s only slightly less prolific than bottles of Nuka Cola. I’ve often wondered what Nuka Cola tastes like, I assume it’s sort of like generic Coke (or maybe the sticky sweet “New Coke”). I’ve also wondered what Sugar Bombs taste like.

I peg that cereal for the super sweet sort along the lines of the Captain Crunch with none of those less sweet yellowish squares to mess up the round crunch berry goodness. Now I can eat my Oops! All Berries right out of this awesome Sugar Bombs cereal bowl.

sugarbombs-tbzoom in

It looks like the bowl that normally holds noodles in the game to me. You can put 14 ounces of your favorite breakfast eats inside the bowl, so long as that eat isn’t instant oatmeal that needs to be microwaved, since it’s not microwave safe. Though you’d think it would be able to handle exposure to radiation. You can’t put this in the dishwasher either, which is weird since it is ceramic. Regardless, it’s still cool, and you can get yours for $11.99(USD) at ThinkGeek.

Play Fallout 4 as Dogmeat

The first of the companions you come across in Fallout 4 is Dogmeat as he haplessly barks at the gas pump right outside Sanctuary. You can befriend him, but honestly he sort of sucks as a companion. In fact, all the companions seem to excel at getting in my way and walking in front of me as I am shooting at bad guys. If you like playing with Dogmeat, you will want this new mod.

fallout_be_the_dog_mod_1zoom in

The mod is called the “Be the Dog” mod, and with it you actually get to play as Dogmeat. You can even venture over to the gas station and get Dogmeat to be your companion.

fallout_be_the_dog_mod_2zoom in

Since you are a dog, you can’t use weapons. You can wear dog armor and bite people. “Sic balls DOGMEAT!” isn’t an attack sadly. You can also play as other types of dogs including feral. I want to play as a Deathclaw or Supermutant. If I show this to my dog crazy daughter, she will never let me play again.

Fallout 4 Wall Art: Scenes from the Wasteland

I am a big fan of Fallout 4 but after years of neglecting to upgrade my gaming PC, the graphics aren’t exactly running at their top settings. This high-resolution wall art makes me want to drop some big cash on a new graphics card so that I can play the game and make it look this good.

This Fallout 4 wall art measures 13.6″ x 50″ and recalls scenes from the opening of the game. You can put this on any surface and move it if needed. If you get debris on the adhesive though, you are SOL.

If ever a game deserved to be made into a full-size wall mural, Fallout 4 is it. I’d totally put a full size mural in my room. My wife can just deal. It can be yours for $29.99(USD) at ThinkGeek.
