Iron Man Glove Shoots a Laser

This real-life Iron Man glove shoots a bright blue laser and it looks amazing. This 3-watt laser is 3,000 times more powerful than a typical laser pointer. So basically, if your cat chases this and catches it, Fluffy will be toast. I guess that’s why Tony Stark has no cats.

Wired checked out this dangerous, but fun accessory and performed some tests with it. They used it to ignite a ping pong ball, char a hot dog, and more. Naturally a Captain America figure was tortured as well. You can do a lot with a hand laser. I would love to play with this.

This Iron Man glove design was created by hobbyist Patrick Priebe of Laser Gadgets, who also made such wonderful toys as the laser-armed quadcopter, a Dead Space plasma cutter, and some laser goggles, among other cool things.

DIY LEGO Iron Man Watch Glove: Capt. America: Child’s Play

One of the many cool things Marvel has revealed in its trailers for Captain America: Civil War is Tony Stark’s new Iron Man glove, which he pulls out of his watch just in time to stop a pistol round that the Winter Soldier shot at him. Artist Travis Polad made a wearable replica of the glove using LEGO.

Hopefully Travis makes a guide for his MOC now that it’s blowing up online.

Magnets could soon track your fingers in virtual reality

In an ideal world, you'd grab objects in virtual reality with your hands, like you do in real life. However, that's not usually how it works -- outside of some specialized gloves, you're left using abstract controllers. Oculus and University of Washi...

Pack In A Punch

The Puncho is an innovative boxing glove that integrates sensors. These help make the gloves ‘intelligent’ and measure details like the force of the punch, the speed and the result of the impact. Such feedback helps the athlete to measure their performance and improve their game.

Clip The Glove

The Rubber Glove Clip is one of those designs that you go – why didn’t I think of this before! Yes, we’ve been a dud about it. I have lost one too many cleaning gloves to wear and tear while drying them on the laundry line with a clothespin attached to them. This clip design should minimize my losses!
