This Alien Egg Cookie Jar Has a Facehugger Lid

In space no one can hear you snack. Fans of the Aliens movies will love this creepy Xenomorph Egg Cookie Jar, though it might scare you every time you enter the kitchen.

This cookie jar looks like a xenomorph egg, and it even has a facehugger lid. It’s great for dieting since it is kind of disgusting and terrifying, and would probably discourage you from reaching for the jar. It would actually be awesome if every time you reached for a cookie, a facehugger was slapped against your face.

Now that would keep you from eating too many cookies, and help you lose weight for sure. Somebody should get on that right away.

If you dare to put one of these in your kitchen, keep an eye out on Amazon. They’re currently sold out, but should retail for about $30(USD) when they’re available again.

LEGO Alien Chestburster: Brickburster

The ARVO Brothers have been recreating elements from the Alien movies in LEGO as part of a book project for several years. When you devote that much time to LEGO, you know you have a true passion for it. It also allows you to go back and refine your designs. This chestburster is an improvement on a design they released back in 2007.

They didn’t just recreate the creature in LEGO bricks, they took it a step further, by adding LEGO blood and LEGO viscera. Nice. It makes for a gruesome display piece. I assume it was previously a LEGO facehugger, and will eventually evolve into an LEGO adult alien.

‘Aliens: Colonial Marines’ mod may actually make the game fun

When it released in early 2013, Aliens: Colonial Marines was an absolute garbage fire of a video game. There was a lawsuit regarding the wide gulf in quality between what developer Gearbox Software (of Borderlands and upcoming Battleborn fame) and pu...

Artist Envisions Friendly Xenomorph That Doesn’t Want to Kill You

One of the scariest creatures in all of science fiction is the Xenomorph from the Alien series. That creepy creature with its double mouths only wants to kill you. It will kill you even after you kill it, thanks to its acid blood. So the idea that a Xenimorph could be friendly seems a bit ludicrous.

A picture book by artist Joey Spiotto, called Alien Next Door shows us what a friendly Xenomorph might look like.

The art shows the Xenomorph in a few scenes that are recognizable from the movie and a few others that show the Queen just living life.

I could see how having a giant head could cause problems at the movies. My favorite is the alien standing there brushing both sets of teeth. Check out the gallery to see all the images for yourself, then head to Amazon to buy the book and show your appreciation for such awesome art.

Xenomorph Wood Stove: On Fire, Everyone Can Hear You Scream

On a chilly night, nothing warms your blood like an Alien Xenomorph wood stove, while also chilling you to the core. Everytime you throw a log in, you’ll have to count your fingers.

Xenomorph_Wood_Stove_1zoom in

This horrific wood stove was made by Burned by Design and I wouldn’t want to be sitting by this thing on a cold dark night. It’s good for more than just warmth though. He says on Facebook that “this should keep the neighbor’s cat out of the garden.” I would think so. It would also keep most humans well away too.

Oh, and he made a Predator too:

Check it out on Instructables to see how the alien was made, because you know you want to make one yourself.

Alien Facehugger Fritter: Creepy Cruller

This Alien facehugger fritter looks all kinds of disgusting. It is absolutely terrifying. It probably fights you with every bite and swallow, twitching and finally being still when it hits your stomach. Donut? More like Do-not!

I didn’t say I wouldn’t eat it. Just that it looks scary and slimy. This freaky pastry was made by Oak Lawn, IL-based baker Timmy Hanno, aka archiehemmingway. He is a mad baking genius. He made this scary raspberry fritter as a gift for his girlfriend, who is a huge fan of the Alien films. So she loves her some face-hugging action.

He had previously made her a raspberry-filled xenomorph donut seen below, which is also terrifying.

Aliens Xenomorph Queen Action Figure: Game Over, Man!

One of the scariest science fiction movies I ever watched was Alien and its spin-offs were scary as well. Those Xenomorphs are creepy and hard to kill. The queen alien was the scariest of them all and if you are a big fan of the movies, you will want this action figure.

ThinkGeek is selling this ultra-detailed Aliens Xenomorph Queen boxed action figure. This action figure is about 15-inches tall and 40-inches long from head to the tip of its bony tail. The action figure has 30 points of articulation and is in scale with other Aliens action figures from the same maker. It also ships with two different inner mouths. Creepy.

You can pick one of these up for $119.99(USD). I hope they make an action figure of Ripley in the big loader exosuit to battle the angry queen.
