The Tesla Cybertruck won’t deliver before 2022, but Hot Wheels has an RC Cybertruck you can buy today!

Designed at 1:10th scale, Mattel’s Cybertruck replica comes with its own remote control as well as a Cyberquad. As far as I can tell, the windows on the toy pickup truck break much more easily…

Mattel’s 1:10 RC Cybertruck comes with that unmistakably polarizing design, authentic wheels + tire treads, working head and taillights, and a flat-bed that’s big enough to fit its free-rolling Cyberquad. The truck itself is controlled by a pretty neat-looking controller that mimics the shape of the Cybertruck’s own steering wheel, and allows you to operate the truck up to 12 MPH (which may seem paltry at first, but it makes Mattel’s Cybertruck one of the fasted remote-controlled cars on the market).

The RC Cybertruck’s available on Mattel’s website (you don’t need to wait till 2022 for yours)… and at just $100, it’s about the same price as the real Cybertruck’s preorder. You know, the refundable preorder that you can definitely cancel for this delightfully wicked RC truck?

Eaglemoss Gold Enterprise-D Is for the Shiny Generation

Perhaps it’s because The Next Generation is my favorite Star Trek series, but I have a particular affinity towards the NCC-1701-D version of the U.S.S. Enterprise that was featured on that show. If you’re a fan of TNG like me, and also like shiny things, then check out this golden model of the starship from Eaglemoss.

This special-edition collectible is erroneously listed as the “NCC-1707-D” on the Eaglemoss Hero Collector website, but it’s most definitely based on the Enterprise, and not some obscure Constitution-class ship seen briefly in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.

The die-cast metal collectible is about 5″ long, and would look great sitting on your shelf alongside your other Trek memorabilia. It’s available for $64.95 over at Eaglemoss, where you can also find a golden replica of the original Enterprise, and an XL version of the Enterprise D that’s plated with 18K gold.

Welcome E.T. Into Your Home with This Life-size Replica Mask

Steven Spielberg’s E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial is one of the all-time classic movies across all genres. It melded science fiction, adventure, humor, and warmth, and tugged at many a heartstring. Of course, a big part of what made the movie work was just how endearing and expressive its title character was.

Now, you can own your own E.T. – or at least his adorable alien face to display in your own home.

This perfect replica of E.T.’s face comes from Czech artist Stanislav Dykast, which is an awesome name for a prop maker. It’s a 1:1 scale resin casting based on the original sculpt done by the late, great artist Carlo Rambaldi for the movie. Dykast did an amazing job painting in all of the details, and E.T. really looks like he could jump out of that bicycle basket and start stealing all your Reese’s Pieces any minute now.

Keep in mind that what you can actually buy on his Etsy shop is just the unpainted mask, and you’ll have to paint and complete the E.T. yourself if you want it to look as good as what Dykast is showing off in his pictures.

Indiana Jones Golden Idol Replica: Throw Me the Money, I’ll Throw You the Whip!

The opening sequence of Raiders of the Lost Ark is one of the most memorable in the history of motion pictures. It’s got a rolling boulder, poison darts, subterfuge, crumbling rocks, and even a big snake named Reggie. Why did it have to be snakes? It’s all about the quest for a golden idol, which kicks off all the action.

Now you can skip all the chaos, and just buy a golden fertility idol for your own bookshelf.

This unofficial replica of the shiny metal Chachapoyan fertility idol is a dead ringer for the one in the classic Spielberg movie, though in this case, it’s made from polystone with metallic paints, rather than actual gold. It measures 7″ tall, and weighs in at roughly 1.16 pounds – so that’s how much sand you’ll need to bring with you if you plan on trying to remove it from its pedestal without triggering all of the booby traps.

Prizehunters, head on over to Amazon, where you can find your own golden idol, and have it shipped right to your doorstep.

Hasbro Is Selling Iron Man’s Power Gauntlet: The Other Power Glove

If you need another Avengers Endgame toy, and of course you do, make it this one. Hasbro has released the power gauntlet. This is not the Infinity Gauntlet. This is the one built by Tony Stark and used by Hulk to… (spoiler alert)… reverse Thanos’ snap. It is the “good guy” gauntlet. And now it can be yours, and sit on your wrist.

The Marvel Legends Series Avengers: Endgame Electronic Power Gauntlet features Infinity Stones that pulsate with cool glow lights because that is a must. It is also electronically articulated, has sound effects and a fist-lock display mode. Feel the power coursing through you as you set the universe right again and knock Thanos on his butt.

This is a great addition to that Infinity Gauntlet you have in your collection.Personally, I’m wearing both so I can exterminate half the population then restore it. Wipe em out, then give ’em life. All day long. Again and again. It’s what a bored God does.

The replica Power Gauntlet can be pre-ordered right now for $99.99, with shipping estimated to begin on or around August 15, 2019.

Own a Replica of Clark Griswold’s Family Truckster

Check out this awesome replica of the Wagon Queen Family Truckster from National Lampoon’s Vacation.  This is a damn fine automobile. It’s not just for the likes of Clark Griswold either. You can own this one for yourself.

This modded 1981 Ford LTD will be up for bidding at the Barrett-Jackson automobile auction in Palm Beach, Florida, April 11-13, 2019. The only vehicle that could be better for a National Lampoon fan would be Cousin Eddie’s RV from Christmas Vacation.

This is the real deal. Make sure you take the requisite family vacations to Wally World and Las Vegas with this thing. And naturally, it can haul a Christmas tree (or Aunt Edna) on that roof rack. Just remember not to leave the dog tied up to the bumper.

Is this thing beautiful or ugly? I can’t decide. Maybe beautifully ugly. Anyway, it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Better save your money up folks so you can drive this baby home in April.

Tiny Star Trek TOS Captain’s Chair Replica Is Ready for Command

What do Captain Kirk’s butt and tribbles have in common? No not that. Get your head out of the gutter. The answer is that both have spent time on the starship Enterprise’s Captain’s chair. That chair is an iconic piece of sci-fi and now you can own a scaled-down replica that looks just like the real thing.

QMx’s 1:6 scale replica of Captain Kirk’s favorite chair looks sweet. It not only swivels like the real deal, but it also plays sounds and has light-up controls. This replica is extremely well detailed. It’s perfect for your 1:6 scale action figures. Well, Kirk anyway. You wouldn’t put anyone else on it. Except for Scotty when the Captain’s away on a mission.

This is the best replica of this chair I’ve seen. It has four different light and sound settings including standard bridge operations, ship-wide announcement, viewscreen scanning, and red alert. It stands 8″ tall so it’s great for your office desk, and is powered by either three AA batteries or a mini-USB plug (not included).

Grab one today from ThinkGeek for $99.99. It’s a great tribute to the days when Star Trek was truly an action-packed western set in space. They don’t make them like James T. Kirk anymore. And this is his seat.

Aladdin Magic Carpet Rug Flies into Your Wallet and Grabs $70

If you have kids or a fondness for Disney films you probably know that a live-action version of Aladdin is coming later this year. That means kids will be wanting to fly around on magic carpets, and who can blame them. Now they can have a rug that looks just like the magic carpet from the original animated film.

The rug measures 39″ x 70″ and is made from 100% polyester. It has 4-inch yarn tassels on each corner, certain to get slurped up by your vacuum.

The Aladdin Magic Carpet Rug is available to purchase right now at ThinkGeek. It’s not cheap at $69.99, and you should know it doesn’t fly unless your UPS driver goes really fast on his way to deliver it.

Adam Savage Shows off Awesome Blade Runner Blimp Replica

One of the coolest things about Blade Runner was its future environment. And in that universe, we saw those cool floating advertising blimps. Sadly, these futuristic airships still haven’t become a reality, so it’s up to us to create them if we want them. Fortunately, Adam Savage and Kayte Sabicer of Tested have done just that, creating an awesome mini replica of the floating billboards.

While Adam led the project, it’s clear from the video that Kayte did most of the heavy lifting on this build, so kudos, Kayte! It took many months of work and it shows. This thing is full of detail and yes, it even displays on its built-in video screen. Plug it in, and an ad comes up for the Off-World Colonies where you can begin again in a land of golden opportunity. Inside, it has fiber-optics and a color wheel inside so that its lights change just like they did in the movie. It even uses the original video files and sound files from the film. And since it was built to half-scale of the original movie model, it required much more precision to put it all together.

You can check out a few more detail images of this amazing build below, courtesy of Norman Chan.

I want this thing so badly. Sadly it’s one of a kind. Maybe I can capture Adam and Kayte and lock them in my basement until they make me one? Is that going too far? God, this thing is gorgeous.
