Using Hands-Free While Driving is as Dangerous as Holding the Phone
Go Hands-free Playing Pokémon GO with the Poke-Han
After walking around for hours catching Pokémon, your arms may suffer. You may even develop something called “gamer’s arm”, a medical condition that happens after holding up your arms for hours at a time. Be safe while collecting Pokémon by taking the right equipment with you.
The staff at Rocket News 24 has a simple solution for your tired arms. It’s called the “Poké-Han,” and it’s basically just a hands-free cell phone holder. All you need to make one for yourself is a wire coat hanger and a rubber band. You can still view your phone, while using your hands elsewhere.
This shouldn’t clash with your Pokémon training outfit, so I doubt you will look any stranger. Keep those arms healthy people.

Tech in the Toilet
I admit, I use my feet to do most of the maneuvering in a public toilet. Lowering or lifting the frame, feet. Flushing, feet. It’s disgusting I know, but I’d rather keep my hands germ free. The Cut the red line concept introduces a piece of innovation that isn’t new to the toilet, but is definitely new in terms of its application. The concept reinvents the flush by adding an infrared sensing module that connects to the flush. Without actually making any physical contact, one just has to pass their hand through the infrared beam, breaking it, and triggering the flush. Isn’t that a hygienic and clever idea?! Maybe if we included an ultraviolet light component, we could actually flush the toilet and purify our hands at the same time!
The Cut The Red Line is a winning entry for the Lite-On Awards 2015. Entries for this year’s LiteOn awards are open till the 16th of June, 2016. Head down to the LiteOn website for further details. Hurry, the deadline is almost here!

Hands Free Cell Phone Headset
Go hands-free in the most awkward possible way with the Rabapon from Japan. There’s so many wired and wireless options that are way better, why would you need to do this to yourself? This headband goes over your head and presses your phone up against your ear so you can use your hands to do things like clip your blankets onto a metal bar. It doesn’t say how it attaches to the phone but it looks like one of those sticky type rubbery pads.
You might think that this plastic headset (which kinda looks like earphones) is uncomfortable but it’s probably an improvement over this one which we covered 5 years ago. So basically in 5 years we’ve gone from metal to plastic. Technology marches on! Slow progress…gotta love it.

On My Fingertips
Love the idea of my index finger serving as a phone and the Nokia FIT. Hands-free Headphones is all about that! Crafted from soft silicone and flexible rubber, the phone is waterproof and has basic functions of texting and talking. Notifications are received through vibrations and the ergonomic design makes all the buttons accessible. Take it along for a dip in the pool or keep it wrapped around the finger, as the phone is extremely lightweight.
