Game of Thrones Wine Set: GoT Wine?

I’m not a drinker, mostly because I can hardly control what I say or do when sober. If you are a fan of wine and Game of Thrones, artist OSKUNK has the perfect item for you. It’s a custom Game of Thrones Wine set that has a fancy wood and fabric wine carrier decorated with the four major houses on the outside.

On the inside are four cubbyholes with leather straps to contain your four favorite wines. Included in the kit are four custom painted wine bottles that each have the sigil of one of the major houses painted on them.

Naturally, there are House Stark, Lannister, Targaryen, and Baratheon bottles of wine. The worst thing I can tell you about this cool wine set right now is that you can’t have it. The setup isn’t for sale at this time, but you never know, you might make the artist an offer he can’t refuse.

To use it, just open it up, prop out the pair of adjustable legs, light some charcoal in the charcoal pit (you carry charcoal with you at all times, right?), and cook your food. Let the grill cool off before folding it up (unless you really are a Bond villain and would like to use the briefcase as a weapon, then go for it). Measures 7.5″ x 11.75″ x 11.75″.

However, the only thing you’ll find when you flip this open are business cards, because that’s the only thing that’ll fit inside it.

Pictures don’t lie, but they can be pretty deceiving. For instance, what you see above is actually the Mini Briefcase Business Card Case, which looks just like the regular-sized version at first glance.

The sleek design allows you to fold the entire thing up into a briefcase of sorts when you’re keen on walking or for storage. You can also easily convert it into a trolley as well.

The Commute-Case can do up to 12.5mph and weighs just 27 pounds with a weight capacity of 275 pounds. Range is up to 25 miles, and it takes as little as an hour for a full recharge. There are plenty of replica sonic screwdrivers out there for fans of Doctor Who to collect. The last one we talked about was the War Doctor’s Sonic Screwdriver. If you have a collection of sonic screwdrivers that you need a place to store and show off, this is the perfect DIY project for you.

One Whovian going by the name 00failure has used MDF and wood veneer to create an awesome chest that displays his collection of sonic screwdrivers. The collectables are tucked away inside foam with cutouts the perfect size to keep them in place.

The builder went so far as to laser cut Gallifreyan symbols into the veneer. The finished products is very cool. However, I must confess to not watching the show, so I see what appears to be a tube of lipstick, a pocket watch, and some odd keys inside as well that I don’t know the significance of.

Briefcase Arcade Machine: Arcade Man Mk. V

Tired of hosting his Arcade Club’s gaming sessions at home, Travis Reynolds made the Briefcade. Arcade Club, Assemble!… Somewhere else.

Travis originally wanted to make a foldable tabletop arcade machine, but he eventually scrapped it in favor of the Briefcade.

Travis bought a used briefcase for $5 and then tore down one of his LCD monitors. Then he bought Sanwa-style joysticks and buttons, but found out that the joystick was too big and wouldn’t let him close the briefcase as it is, so he just takes the balltop off of the stick when he closes the Briefcade.

Travis is using a Raspberry Pi and a Linux-based MAME emulator for the Pi called PiMAME. He also connected a USB car charger to step down the voltage on its way from the monitor to the Raspberry Pi.
